Good for you for powering through this morning and turning it around. Attitude is everything! A couple of my friends who are doing this with me have had bad headaches this week. Apparently that’s not uncommon at the beginning of a first Whole30. Don’t know what it’s about, but nice to know it’s not unusual and if you stick with it, it gets better. I had a horrible night the night before last. Last night was good – so good that I woke up too late to go to the gym for a good workout. I got my butt out of bed and got half-hour on the elliptical and some stretching in. I’m NEVER regretful for going once I get there,no matter how crummy I feel beforehand. That doesn’t mean I don’t have to talk myself into it most mornings :) I hope you feel better and have a great day!

Awesome…exactly, yes? These are the moments when you bail or press on to victory! It’s like in Rocky IV…when Rocky takes the beating and finally lands the uppercut…and the commentators say “He’s cut, he’s cut!” The moment when you know momentum has shifted . Way to go Jeff, we are cheering you on! Beat the Russian!
