Workout – A quick look at what I’m doing at Ed’s Gym

It was good to get back in the gym this week after our Seattle trip and the cheeseburger experiment. I shot a time lapse of what a hour long workout at Ed’s looks like and shrunk it down to less than 30 seconds. The camera was in the corner, so some of the shots are a little far away, but you’ll still get a feel for it. One of the things I love about Ed’s Gym is that it isn’t about the fancy equipment. There is¬†definitely¬†a minimilast feel. It’s just you, Ed, some simple gear and hard work.

 

Workouts like this four times a week and the nutrition plan Ed has me on have allowed me to lose 23 pounds since Jan 8. I haven’t felt this good in years and can’t wait to see where I am at the 60 day mark.
