Flying – An Unexpected Upgrade

On Sunday Julie and I headed to the airport for a flight to Oregon for the week to do some consulting. As we boarded the plane and settled in we were greeted with an unexpected upgrade. No, it wasn’t a bump to first class, or business class, but we were greeted with extra space and it kind of felt like an upgrade. It’s amazing how much more room there is in an airline seat when you weigh 45 pounds less. I’m not sure who enjoyed the space more, me or Julie, but it was the most comfortable flight I’ve been on in years.

So, if you travel a lot, or just fly occasionally and struggle with fitting into the cramped seats on a plane, why not give yourself an upgrade. Start eating better and get to a gym, you’ll love the unexpected benefits that come along with it.

Hey Jeff and Julie! Are you all still thinking of doing the Whole 30 again for the month of June? I want to talk to you about it. I will message you my number on FB. You can send me yours, too, and hopefully we will connect.
