Crazy Idea Day 19 Update

I can’t believe we are on Day 19 of this crazy idea.  I wanted to give you a quick update on both how the Whole 30 plan is going and the fitness part of the plan at Ed’s Gym.

Week One Workouts

In the last post I talked about making decisions and moving forward on bad days. Here’s some video for the workouts at Ed’s Gym on Thursday and Friday.  Thursday was a recovery day, which I really needed.  That “foam” roller hurt like crazy but made the muscles feel much better afterwards.  Friday we kicked it back up and I got my first taste of the kettle bell, did some sprints and body rows.  Check out the video for a really quick look at what happened in the gym.

I plan to talk a walk with Julie today to keep loosening things up and then hit the gym with Ed again on Monday evening.
